Last Friday, September 13, 2013, Sir Mabu allows us to witnessed the impromptu contest of the English Department. As I've watched the impromptu contest, I felt the excitement and jealousy. Excitement, because I'm excited at that time for the candidates. Jealousy, because I'm jealous of their communication skills and fluency in English. All the contestants are good so it would be a tough and close competition.

  We all know that English language is an international language, so we better have to be proficient to this language. English proficiency is all about learning. learning the language to be able to use it as your medium. With English proficiency, we will be able to know the in and out of English grammar. And in the process, we will be confident enough to speak the language. We all know that speaking the language confidently and fluently can help us to become globally competitive.
